Welcome to Imagination Station, a place for the kid in all of us to have a total hands on learning adventure. You can go as far as your imagination will allow you to fly. With our two galleries most children can get lost for hours as they enter worlds discovering the science and technology behind mechanical and life sciences. Be prepared to activate your mind's eye and be the kid you are, playing as you learn.
Our first floor gallery houses more of our mechanical sciences. Take time in here to play with our massive scale or the decommissioned flight simulators. Become a firefighter on our historic fire truck while dressed up in the fire suit rushing to you imaginary fire. Race a buddy using magnetic power in two micro cars or just see how fast you can get one from the beginning to the end of the track. Take apart old everyday electronics such as computers, amplifiers, phones, and more on our unfix it table.
If life science is more your thing, then try our upstairs gallery which houses some enjoyable little creatures. We have African Clawed Frogs and fish. Other exhibits deal with the water cycle, dinosaurs, rocks, and building materials to create your own structures from your very own imagination. Take time to discover more about your own body with materials and models on the human body.
Most important in your visit is to have fun and rejuvenate you imagination!
