1935 Ford Sedan As Purchased

When I brought the '35 home, it looked pretty
much stock, but it already had
a Chevy V-8 installed. The interior was pretty much trashed, but
luckily the man
I purchased it from had kept the original seats which I had re-upholstered
and
then installed along with new carpet and inner door panals. I
also installed new
wheels and tires to get it a bit closer to the ground. The Chevy
engine was really
tired, so I replaced it with a fresh 283 containing a slightly
racey hydraulic cam,
reworked heads, dual 4's, and headers. It was fun to drive and
got a lot of looks,
but the original drive-train left a lot to be desired. It was
time for a major rebuild.
